3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are outlined during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk passes to the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info(at)burnjewelry(dot)com. Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
